Reservations
These can be made by credit card over the phone or
via email. Please contact Sharon Bierer via email at
admin@nhsdentist.com or by telephone on (44) 20 7610 1110 during UK office hours (830am to 530pm, Monday to Friday). Please note that these times are UK time zone, 5 hours ahead of US/Canada Eastern time, 8 hours ahead of US/Canada Pacific time.
50% of the total cost is required when the booking is made, the details will be confirmed to you in writing.
The remaining 50% is required to be paid in full by credit card 8 weeks before the holiday begins.
Cancellation policy
If a request is received in writing from the person who made the booking more than 8 weeks before the booking begins, then the deposit will be returned in full, less a 10% administrative fee.
Monies will only be refunded after this time if a request is received in writing from the lead on the booking and another acceptable booking is received to the same value or over.
No additional time or advertising will be spent on sourcing another booking, it will come through our normal channels. A 20% administration fee will be deducted from the total cost of the booking in this instance
Damage policy
A £500 deposit is required to cover damage, breakages, loss and excessive cleaning. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the booking onto your credit card, when the agent has confirmed that the property has been left in the same condition as when the booking began.
You will be provided with an inventory when you arrive at the property which will detail the items in the property and the condition of the property. You should read this carefully as you will be held responsible for the same when you depart and deductions made accordingly.
Please note you will be expected to stack the dishwasher, leaving the kitchen and bathrooms clean. All furniture should be in the room that you found it. |
