Kimberley is very well served by air transportation
Cranbrook airport (www.cranbrookairport.com) is only 15 miles away allowing a 20 minute transfer from airport to the property – it couldn’t get any more convenient.
Cranbrook airport currently is served by 2 airlines, Pacific Coastal (www.pacific-coastal.com) and Air Canada Jazz (www.aircanada.com), which between them run 7 flights per day into and 7 flights out of Cranbrook, 5 of these to/from Vancouver, 2 to/from Calgary, the 2 nearest large cities. Calgary to Cranbrook is a 45 minute flight, Vancouver to Cranbrook is a spectacular 90 minute flight over the Rockies.
Cranbrook airport is currently being developed to cater for long haul flights – by 2007 expect direct connections from the US East Coast, Eastern Canada and Europe
